COMMUNITY WORLD PERCUSSION – All Levels, for ages 11+
With Angel Lau
The world of percussion is so vast and exciting. In this course, one will learn the basics of how to play any percussion instrument. We will use these foundations and learn different rhythms from all over the globe with a focus on West African, Afro-Cuban, and Brazilian percussion. This class is geared for ages 11+. Absolute beginners and experienced drummers are all welcomed.
Tuesdays 6-6:45pm, beginning Nov 7
November 7 – December 12
All Levels – This class is open to all. Teachers will gauge experience and teach to the level of the group present.
