Modern dance exploration with Ryoko Kudo will incorporate principles and motifs from the Limon Technique. Emphasis on the use of breath as an initiation and through line for movement as a starting point, dancers will be guided to experiment with weight, momentum, successions with musicality. Ryoko is excited to explore motifs from Jose Limon’s renowned piece, “There is a Time” based on the Ecclesiastes as a tasting of his work during our 5 days together. Let’s Dance!
