YOGA – ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS ages 14+

This 7-week class series is designed as an introduction to foundational yoga postures and breathing exercises. Focus is on creating safe alignment, body awareness, and relaxation. Each week we will introduce a different posture to help students build confidence and start a home practice. Class is slower paced with modifications offered as needed. Recommended to take in succession.
