YOGA FOR MEN – All Levels, for ages 18+

With Martha Hamilton

TriYoga works with spinal wave movements and coordinated breath to build strength, flexibility, and alignment stability in a systematized method of instruction from basics through level 3. We will use men’s upper body strength to focus on connection and energy flow into normally tight hips and spine.

Tuesdays, 5:45-6:45pm
January 7 – May 13

All Levels – This class is open to all. Teachers will gauge experience and teach to the level of the group present.
