INTERMEDIATE WEST AFRICAN DRUMMING for ages 9+
With Rick Shrum
This class is open to students who have completed two or more semesters of Beginners Drumming or have other drumming experience. This class will explore rhythms of Guinea and Ghana and work on more complex dun dun and djembe patterns. We will continue to focus on playing together as a group as well as developing solo capabilities. All instruments are provided.
Thursdays 3:45-4:30pm
January 18 – May 23
$340 for the full session
