BALLET FOUNDATIONS for ages 8-10

*This class is currently FULL and is open to WAITLIST registration only. If you are interested in this class, please still submit a waitlist registration and we can add your student to the waitlist, recommend like classes, and see what else can be done. Otherwise, there are many other classes available for this age range that still have space – you can check them out here!
The foundations of ballet class including technique, alignment, vocabulary, and rhythm are introduced. Students will learn introductory skills of using the ballet barre, and progress to center and traveling phrases based on character (theatrical folk) dance and traditional ballet technique progressions. Creativity and experiencing music through movement are emphasized, giving the student a clear foundation to express their young artistry!
Saturdays 9-10am
