Bethany Trozzo is a holistic health professional and yoga teacher from Cleveland, Ohio. She was first introduced to the Berkshires in 2017 while pursuing her 200-hr yoga teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. Bethany has taught in various studios and has served as an ambassador for non-profit organizations in Northeast Ohio, such as The Mat Project, Lorain County Urban League, and Renee Jones Empowerment Center for human trafficking survivors.

She uses personal and professional experiences working in diverse clinical and community health settings to help inform her teaching style.
