AFRICAN ROOTED DANCE – All Levels, for adults, youths 12+ welcome, 8-11 w/ parent/guardian (can fulfill PAP class requirement for Levels 3-4)
With Noel Staples-Freeman, Angel Lau accompany
Experience the joy, rhythm, and cultural richness of African‑rooted movement traditions. This intergenerational class blends grounded technique, expressive choreography, and community connection. Guided by Instructor Noel Staples-Freeman with live accompaniment from Musician Angel Lau, participants explore movement that uplifts the body, mind, and spirit. All levels are welcome.
Wednesdays 6-7 pm
January 7 – June 3
$10 Performance Fee for those that agree to perform in the Spring Celebration
Children age 8-11 may join w/ parent / guardian
All Levels – Anyone who self-identifies in any of the above levels will enjoy these classes! Teachers will gauge experience and teach to the level of the group present.
Register for the class by adding to cart and checking out (be sure to update your account details). Pay for this class with Class Passes. Purchase Class Passes 4 for $75 or 10 for $180. Single drop-ins $20 each (only available for purchase in-person at our Front Desk).
