Ballet Foundations
with Sarah Daunt
For Ages 8-10

This class is a fun and creative introduction to the technical foundations of ballet. This class covers the fundamental technique, posture, rhythm, and ballet terms beginning at the barre, then moving into fun center work, and traveling steps. All students are encouraged to move freely through their own unique and creative expression.
