Group Level Ballet

This class is for the Level 3+ students who are participating once a week. This is also the second ballet class for Level 3. We will build on ballet vocabulary and refine alignment through core-strengthening warmups and dynamic barre work that connects directly to center exercises. Students will develop technique through whole-body movement, breathing, musicality, strengthening, and stretching.

Mondays 4-5:30 p.m.

September 14th – December 14th

(No class October 12th or November 23rd)
